A reservation is only confirmed once a deposit corresponding to 50% of the total booking amount has been received. The remaining balance must be paid before check-in, in accordance with the payment instructions provided by Infinity Villa Cavez.

Cancellation policy
Guests may cancel their reservation free of charge up to 14 days before the scheduled check-in date. In this case, all amounts paid will be refunded.

For reservations made fewer than 14 days before check-in, cancellation is free within 48 hours of booking, provided that the cancellation is made at least 7 days before check-in.

After these periods, the reservation is non-refundable. However, any cleaning fee paid will be refunded if the guest cancels before check-in.

Any refund will be made using the original payment method.

Booking amendments
Requests to change the dates, number of nights or number of guests are subject to availability and may result in a price adjustment. Any amendment is only confirmed after written approval from Infinity Villa Cavez.

Unavailability of the property
In the unlikely event that Infinity Villa Cavez becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, guests will be informed as soon as possible.

Whenever possible, Infinity Villa Cavez may suggest suitable alternative accommodation. Guests are not obliged to accept the proposed alternative. If no suitable alternative is available or accepted, all amounts paid for the reservation will be refunded in full. No additional compensation will be due, except where otherwise required by law.

Check-in and check-out
Check-in is available from 5:00 p.m. Guests may arrive at any time after 5:00 p.m., subject to the check-in instructions provided before arrival.

Check-out must be completed by 11:30 a.m. Late check-out is subject to prior approval and availability and may incur an additional charge.

Number of guests
The maximum occupancy of the property, as indicated in the reservation, must not be exceeded.

Children under 3 years of age must also be included in the booking details. Guests must inform Infinity Villa Cavez in advance if a cot or any other special arrangement is required.

Visitors who are not included in the reservation may only enter or remain at the property with prior authorisation from Infinity Villa Cavez.

Guest responsibilities
The guest making the reservation is responsible for their own conduct and for the conduct of all accompanying guests and visitors.

Guests must respect the property, its equipment, the surrounding environment and the applicable noise regulations. Parties, events and conduct likely to disturb neighbours are not permitted without prior written authorisation.

Infinity Villa Cavez reserves the right to take appropriate action in the event of serious misconduct, repeated noise complaints, unauthorised events or breaches of these terms. Where justified, guests may be required to leave the property without entitlement to a refund.

Guests are responsible for any loss or damage caused to the property, furniture or equipment during their stay, except for normal wear and tear. Any damage must be reported immediately.

Responsibilities of Infinity Villa Cavez
Infinity Villa Cavez makes every reasonable effort to ensure that the descriptions, photographs, facilities and information published on its website are accurate and up to date.

Minor differences may occur due to maintenance, replacement of equipment, improvements or changes to the property. Such differences do not entitle guests to compensation or cancellation unless they materially affect the essential conditions of the stay.

Infinity Villa Cavez shall not be responsible for interruptions or events beyond its reasonable control, including failures of public utilities, adverse weather conditions, natural events or restrictions imposed by public authorities, without prejudice to the consumer’s statutory rights.
